Haenertsburg Rotary keeping families healthy

The Haenertsburg Rotary Club held its Family Health Days in Haenertsburg itself this year and managed to help around 400 people.

These numbers are extraordinary when one takes into consideration the small population that resides in Haenertsburg.

The median age group recorded in attendance at the even was between 25-49 years old, which is amazing seeing as these are usually the ages between which one builds a family.

They had several services on offer including HIV status testing and counselling, breast cancer talks and nutrient level tests.All services were rendered for free, and Rotary Family Health Days are an excellent initiative to get behind, especially if you’re looking to build a family.
