Chilling news as cold front approach SA

Don't pack away you winter woollies, a cold front is heading our way! This system together with the passing cold front and a strong high pressure system to the west will drop temperatures drastically and heavy snow will then be on the cards from Wednesday.

Storm Report SA are monitoring a cold front that is due to make landfall on Tuesday around midday.

“This cold front will bring some snow over the high peaks of the Western Cape but, just like most cold fronts this year, is moving quite quickly. The main precipitation and rainfall system will be a strong upper air trough that is just behind the cold front and will develop and strengthen over the country by late Wednesday into Thursday,” Storm Report posted on their FaceBook page.
