Police in Mokwakwaila are looking for two men to help them in their investigations into attempted murder and rape cases.
David Rabothata is wanted in connection with the attempted murder of his girlfriend from Pelana village.
It is alleged that the victim was at home, when the suspect arrived in possession of a sword.
According to the police spokesperson, Sergeant Marobo Seabela said the suspect slashed the victim on her head, arms and neck.
“After the attack he fled the scene and has been on the run,” said Seabela.
The couple was staying together before she moved to her parents’ home following a domestic dispute.
In another incident, police in Mokwakwaila are looking for a 24 year-old man from Femane Village for raping his 14 year-old cousin who is now pregnant. He allegedly raped her from last year February until May this year.
