Eskom officials go beyond the call of duty

Going the extra mile in taking the business to the people in the area, Eskom customers were assisted with their damaged or lost cards and were issued with new cards.

Furthermore, customers whose meter numbers were not registered were helped on site by having their meters registered and are now able to buy electricity at any place where Eskom electricity is sold, including online.

Customers are urged to be on the lookout for illegal connections and those who would tamper with meters.

These are criminal acts which rob communities of a stable electricity supply.

Should the community witness such acts, we urge them to send an anonymous SMS to crime line on 32211 to report them.
