Paper leakage case postponed
The 53 year old man charged with the leakage of Grade 12 Mathematics Paper 2 last year, appeared at the Giyani Magistrate Court on Monday, January 30.
“Tinyiko Elphas Khosa appeared at the Court on charges of theft, fraud and corruption, his case was postponed to April 25 for further investigations,” said Captain Matimba Maluleke.
Khosa was arrested after he handed himself over to the police at the Giyani Police Station last November.
The leak was discovered at Giyani High School and it was distributed via Whatsapp among the learners.
Khosa is a former teacher owns two independent schools in the Malamulele area.
The investigation had led Hawks members to Gauteng province, where several people gave statements which tracked the origin back to Limpopo.
