APOLOGY: Mrs Lotte Peniel not suspended as CEO of Letaba Hospital

The Letaba Herald wishes to profusely apologize for publishing incorrectly that Mrs Lotte Peniel, Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Letaba Hospital, was suspended.

The article appearing on our website on July 23 2015 erroneously stated that mrs Peniel was suspended from her position as Acting CEO due to a generator failure during a power outage at Letaba Hospital.

Mrs Lotte Peniel was not Acting CEO when the incident occurred.

Furthermore mrs Lotte Peniel was not suspended, but was in fact appointed by the MEC of Health in Limpopo to be Acting CEO during the time of the investigation into the matter.

The Letaba Herald apologizes and regret the error.
