The meeting was attended by 20 members together with at least 5 proxy votes (17 apologies) making a total quorum of 25 votes.
The outgoing committee were applauded for their successful contribution over the past year and congratulations go to the newly elected committee members namely:

Freelance PRO / communications / press officer (not on the committee) will remain vested in Leon de Wet.
