Local salons join hands to help Corlanie

Stylists in Tzaneen has once again joined hands to help the Letaba Tzaneen Lions Club in raising funds for a 12 year old girl in the community

Corlanie de Vries has got a congenital cardiac disease.

She will benefit from a pulmonary valve replacement and she needs approximately R200 000 in order to get access to the percutoneus valve to replace the pulmonary valve.

As this is the 3rd annual year the Hair-a-Thon (HAT) is being held, it should not be unkown to the people of Tzaneen.

The event will be held on Thursday July 16, from 8:00 to 16:00 at Hair Fusion salon situated at Ivory Tusk Lodge, next to the Medi-Clinic.

Stylist and salons participating this year is as follows:

Hair Fusion: Christa & Jenny

Hair by Hannetjie: Hannetjie, Chez Le Zoi: Lizelle, Valair Hair Salon: Delize, Marguerite’s Hair: Marguerite, Salon Este: Este, Hair with Attitude: Eva-Mari.

The above stylist are all known in Tzaneen and by donating their time and skills for this good cause, this is their way of thanking the community for their support all the years.

On July 16, Cuts, Blow waves and Cuts and Blow waves will be done. As this is a special day, special prices has been negotiated with the stylist.

Ladies/Gents Cuts: R80.

Blow Waves R80. Primary School Cuts R50. Cuts and Blow waves R120.

The Letaba Tzaneen Lions Club is serving the community of Tzaneen, and last year’s money that was raised was given to Marshelle van Vuuren, a hairdresser that was in a terrible accident.

If you are not able to make it on that day for a haircut or even a blow wave, but would like to help Corlanie, EFT donations can be made to the Lions bank account.

All this would not have been possible with the help of our sponsors, and they would like to give a special thanks to:

Vixtrix signs: For all the signage, Misty River Spur: Refreshments for all the workers that day and Philex Laundry Services: For the tumble dryers.
