Police fire rubber bullets at protesters
Police fired rubber bullets to disperse the crowd wreaking on the roads at Mokgoloboto and Nkowankowa areas.
Disgruntled residents have since yesterday blocked the R36 road with stones, burning tyres and tree branches near Mokgoloboto village in protest against lack of service delivery.
On Wednesday morning they blockaded the road next to Letaba hospital preventing motorists from using Tarentaal road.
By 10:00, police spokesperson, Lieutenant Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe said police have cleared the roads.
