Capricorn Fm activated Phalaborwa
Capricorn Fm which is known for being Limpopo's hottest frequency activated Phalaborwa recently.
The station threw a mother of all parties for their Phalaborwa listeners at Big 5 in Namakgale.
The station’s marketing manager, Big Daddy Ramabulana said it was good to see the people of Phalaborwa who came out in numbers to interact with the presenters.
“The turnout was great and listeners got a chance to interact with their favourite presenters and took pictures,” he said.
He added that he would like to thank those who attended and encourage those who did not make it to never miss it again.
Ramabulana said the station has just been through a rebranding process and it is important that they go out there and interact with their listeners.
“We’ve just been through a rebranding process, we have tweaked our logo a little bit as well as the music.
We have to ensure that our brand speaks to the listeners,” he said.
Two of their shows “The Weekend Groove” and “The Mix Down Avenue” were broadcasted live at the party. Revelers were entertained by Leyla, DJ Complexion, Maxwell, Helen, Daniel Terras, Master Jay, Eddie Crook, Mr Miyagi and many more.
