TZANEEN: Police offer reward for “most wanted” men

One of the men, Orence Makhubela, is suspected to be in the Tzaneen area.

The Gauteng SAPS have launched a manhunt for two men who are alleged to be serial rapists.

The two men are Sipho Mbatha (32) who is said to go under different aliases as well, among a few of these are Ntombela and Mthethwa; and the other man is Orence Makhubela (37).

The police say that these men are wanted in relation to more than 20 cases, which include rape and other serious offenses.

One of the men, Orence Makhubela, is suspected to be in the Tzaneen area or in Diepsloot and the police spokesperson, Colonel Lungelo Dlamini, says that anyone with information that will lead to the arrest of these men may be rewarded.

The two are alleged to be armed and dangerous wherever they are, so the police are urging that societies who man know of these men’s whereabouts should report to their nearest police stations or call Sergeant Jack Ngobeni on 079 890 7936 or the Crime Stop on 08600 10111 at all hours.
