Go wild with Shannon and Tzaneen Eco Club
Shannon Wild, will be telling quests about her experiences capturing wildlife on camera and her motivation for travelling around the world.
The Tzaneen Eco Club invites you to join them for an amazing presentation on Wednesday, September 19 at the Macadamia Community Centre.
They are thrilled to be hosting international wildlife photographer and cinematographer Shannon Wild, who will be telling them about her experiences capturing wildlife on camera and her motivation for travelling around the world.
She will share stories of her adventures in some of the most extreme environments on earth, while trying to capture the beauty and behaviour of wildlife for clients such as National Geographic, the United Nations, WildAid and many other conservation organisations.
Shannon was born and raised in Australia and has worked as a wildlife photographer and cinematographer for the past 15 years.
She is a passionate wildlife lover and conservationist and has worked around the globe, from filming Polar bears in the Arctic, Komodo Dragons and Orangutans in Asia, to various assignments around Africa and Madagascar.
She also leads wildlife photographic expeditions around the world and gives international presentations about her life and work. She is now based in South Africa with her fellow cinematographer husband, Russell Maclaughlin.
