WATCH: Vehicle Fire on Kew Street
A vehicle fire occurred on Kew Street, just off of Peace Street at around midday today.
The owner of the vehicle was inside one of the buildings and had been for over an hour before hearing a loud bang.
Upon looking outside, the vehicle owner saw his blue VW Polo engulfed in flames.
The flames were put out with the use of fire extinguishers from local businesses and Mopani District Municipality Fire and Rescue Unit arrived on scene shortly after.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
No injuries were sustained.
