MODJADJISKLOOF: Help police find kidnapped baby

The police are appealing to members of the community to help them find kidnapped baby.

The Police in Modjadjiskloof outside Tzaneen have launched a massive manhunt for a middle aged woman who stole a child in a suburb  outside Modjadjiskloof on Wednesday morning, January 10.

“It is alleged that the unknown woman who is believed to be from Zimbabwe, requested accommodation on Tuesday evening from the victim’s parental house. This morning ,the victim’s mother went to the local supermarket and when she came back, she found that the suspect has disappeared with the five month old baby girl,” explained Lieutenant Colonel, Moatshe Ngoepe.

The preliminary Police investigations have revealed that the suspect boarded a taxi from Modjadjieskloof to Makhado and later she alighted and went to the hiking spot.

The suspect is speaking Sotho, wearing a purple towel, pink short sleeved T-shirt with short hair and average height.

The suspect is unknown and there is no arrest.
