Staggered marking starts

Subjects will be marked and they include Geography Paper 1 which will be marked at Tivumbeni, English FAL Paper 1 will be marked at Makhado and Economics will be marked at SeshegoMastec.

The Limpopo Department of Education started with the staggered marking for the 2017 Grade 12 National Senior Certificate Examination on Friday, November 17.

“This is for subjects that have been written earlier and whose memorandum has been discussed and finalised at National by the Department of Basic Education,” said Sam Makondo, Spokesperson for the Department of Education in Limpopo.

This first round of marking will take place at three marking centres namely SeshegoMastec, Tivumbeni and Makhado.

subjects will be marked and they include Geography Paper 1 which will be marked at Tivumbeni, English FAL Paper 1 will be marked at Makhado and Economics will be marked at SeshegoMastec.

The marking is scheduled to run from 17 to the 28 November which is the last day of the National Senior Certificate Examinations.

The main marking of the remaining subjects will start in earnest on the 4 to the 15 of December.
