Tom Thobela, Manager of Mafarana Circuit, saw it fit to spoil his dedicated teachers by organising them the function.
Thobela said that the responsibility to make sure that women are celebrated lies with everyone.
“It has been long that women have been oppressed, at first it was apartheid and now it is men and this has to stop,’ added Thobela.

The educators were treated to live music from Gospel Star, Andy Ramatsoma and the main speaker was Dr Monica Ndala.
Ndala encouraged the women to start loving themselves and to start pampering themselves as they are working hard everyday.
“Your happiness depends on you, it is the happiness from within that counts,” Ndala told the teachers.
