Few learners, compared to previous years, were celebrating their achievements at the Nkowankowa Taxi Rank by victory dances.
Teachers and fellow learners were overjoyed at Hudson Ntsanwisi Secondary School in Nkowankowa when they learned of three students who got seven distinctions, bearing in mind that it is a public school.
Three friends, Generic Mboweni, Keletso Mawasha and Vukosi Nkwashu, all from Hudson were excited as they all plan to further their studies at Tshwane University of Technology in Pretoria.
“I’m so happy now because I passed well and now my dream of studying Information Technology (IT) can be realised.
Thabo Mamafa, a grade 12 teacher at the school wished his learners well in furthering their studies and jokingly said that they must pay him back when they start working.
