Phalaborwa Rotary inducts new president
Wonder Nkhwashu is the newly elected Phalaborwa Rotary president.
Nkhwashu says his focus in the next year will be to eradicate pit toilets at crèches and drop-in centres in Phalaborwa. He says they will also be providing septic tanks where there are water challenges. Nkhwashu joined the organisation in 2019 and says his time at Rotary has been exciting as the platform opens doors to initiate change in communities.

The organisation will also be visiting Eswatini for three days where they offer health services. The initiative is called the Dr Basil Khosa Health Project in honour of Khosa who was the former president of Rotary. They will also be hosting a gala dinner at Cajori Hotel on Saturday, August 19, for stakeholders.
