Online registration of learners extended to October 29

Parents have until Friday, October 29 to register their children online for admission for the 2022 academic year.

This as the Limpopo Department of Education announced that it has opened the process of late online registration for learners for admission in public schools for the 2022 academic year from today (Thursday, October 7) until midnight of Friday, October 29.

The online registration was initially opened on June 3 and closed on August 6. Limpopo education spokesperson, Tidimalo Chuene said the online registration was introduced for the first time in the province this year as a pilot project in selected schools.

“Observations of data from the process strongly suggest that there are many learners who are still not yet registered. It is on this note that the department is opening the process up again for late online registration. The list of participating schools is available on the departmental website,” she said.

Parents who wish to apply should do so on www.edu.limpopo.gov.za  and click on ‘Online Registration System’ on the green and white tab on the left side of the screen, under ‘About Us’ to access the link for late online learner registration for the 2022 academic year.
