YOUTH MONTH: Talented carpenter pleads for assistance with a workspace

Letaba Herald celebrates local young entrepreneurs who are making big moves in business

Sean Rose, the founder of KS Woodworx, is one of the entrepreneurs in the Tzaneen region who contributes to the iocal economy.

The company specialises in designing and making household furniture, he is mostly known for his modern TV stands, headboards, wall and kitchen units.

Although his work is exceptional he has been forced  to downsize from seven to three employees due to a lack of workspace.

He used to rent a warehouse in Nkowankowa Industrial area, he currently doesn’t have a workspace and as a result his business is suffering.

He is also failing his three employees who are dependent on him for work.

“I appeal to anyone or any business which can be able to assist me with a workspace.

“It is a pity when we have the skills to create employment, but we still struggle with a proper working space,’ Sean explained.

He told the Herald that his wish is to get a bigger space and to also transfer skills to other young people.

He has worked with big companies and some of his work can be find all over the country.
