Multi-talented Bethuel self-markets on YouTube
Bethuel Tshehla, also known as Beff Ross, is a 25-year-old musician, producer, and comedian from Ga-Sekororo Tuckey zone 1 who self markets his work on YouTube.
“I use YouTube as a platform as it is very hard to make a breakthrough in the industry of you are still unknown. Everyone watches videos on YouTube, so I thought I might as well post my music and comedy clips there,” he said. Bethuel says he started producing music in 2018 with my younger siblings Lindy Tshehla and Richard Tshehla who are known as Lindy ftee Vocal and Master Lloyd.
“We started a group called “We have vision”, and released songs with our videos. We were well received by the community of Sekororo and some other villages,” said Bethuel. He won Maruleng song of the year twice with his first song, Intombi, which went viral in 2020. “I really enjoy entertaining people and that is why I have explored comedy, “ he added.

His dream is to become a famous artist recognised all over the world. He would like to share the stage with well-known artists such as King Monada, Makhadzi, Maphorisa, and Kabza De Small. “Whether it will be through music or comedy, I do not yet know.” He is currently looking for a manager to achieve his goals. He has many followers on his WhatsApp group who want to download his songs, he said.
“I hope that my music will one day be readily available on all the good music platforms” He has shared a stage with the likes of Ck and Janisto, Omega Vision, Phb finest, King Salama, Prinze Benza, Mr. Brown, and DJ Call Me. “Most of my music and comedy can be found on YouTube, my channel is “Beff Ross we have Vision”, he said.
