It’s very hard, and not to mention embarrassing, the have to say sorry … especially if you really messed up.

But why should it be?

We all make mistakes and we should all be given the opportunity to sincerely apologise for it.

What happens after we apologise should not be a continues flow of judgement, but rather the acknowledgement of the learning curve which comes from saying sorry.

I don’t think that people in general apologises enough. And I also don’t think that people forgive and forget enough too.

I recently read a quote which says “an apology is a lovely perfume; it can transform the clumsiest moment into a gracious gift”.

Justin Bieber also recently put the word sorry into a now very popular song, singing; “is it too late now to say sorry?”.

The point I am now trying to make is, once someone says sorry to you, are you going to say sorry back to them for constantly making them feel bad about the situation?

We are sorry and we are dealing with the consequences, but the most important thing is … we are learning from our mistakes.

I just have to end by saying thank you to those who are allowing us to do so and who are still behind us all the way.
