When reading the article of a local man wanted by the FBI, I thought to myself, ‘wow, this sounds like a plot in a movie’.

Not only is it quite sad that someone so close to home is wanted for being part of a syndicate, but to think this person is an international criminal is alarmingly scary.
Where is the spotlight focussing on?

I think that we as South Africans again are seen in a very bad light; that we as its citizens are at the forefront of serious crimes such as rhino poaching.
You always hear the term “inside job” and think that this only relates to petty crimes, but it doesn’t.

We are only reminded that crime is literally everywhere and that rhino poaching is a global problem.
