The ice bucket challenge is literally taking over social media as we speak.

The movement for this fantastic cause is not just sending chills down everyone’s spines (because of the icy water), but the awareness around motor neuron disease is also growing.

Krugersdorp has its own motor neuron disease sufferer and numerous articles have been written about his struggle.
Some may agree that suffering from this devastating disease is reason enough to end one’s life, but for Deon Nel and his family it is the exact opposite.

The bond that Deon and his family share is beyond comprehension.
It has surely motivated myself and my team and I will forever be thankful the life-lesson I have learned from this.
