It was another fairy-tale ending for Buco Khosa Rugby Club's third team known as The Snakes who were crowned Senior Grand Challenge champs in Randfontein.

Buco Khosa Rugby Club’s third team known as The Snakes defeated Diggers 38-20 in Randfontein on Saturday, June 11 to win a second consecutive Senior Grand Challenge title.

They led 19-7 at half time.

It was another fairy-tale ending for The Snakes who dominated the league on all fronts. The team is coached by Wesley Parsons, Manie Marx and Stefan de Koker.

We as an Executive Committee (Exco) and management of the club are proud of the boys,” said club chairman Nico Swartz.
