I have been attending the outpatient department (OPD) clinic for the past three years. In the three years I have had a few bad experiences, either doctors are unavailable or the lab machines are not working.
However in all the three years as a patient who takes INR blood tests monthly I have had the most pleasant experiences. I would like to send a special thank you to the lady at the admin office (she arrives extra early, takes our cards and takes out the files while waiting for OPD to open); a very friendly and welcoming lady, thank you.
Thank you to the OPD clinic nurses for efficient service. Most nurses are friendly even if they work under duress of having to deal with rude, impatient patients. Thank you ladies.
Thank you to the lady who always draws our blood at the lab, she is super friendly and attentive. I recently had an encounter with the wounds clinic, I must say their service was fantastic.
