Learn self-defense for a good cause
The Muscular Dystrophy Foundation of SA needs your support at their course fundraiser on October 5.
On Saturday, October 5, the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation of SA (MDFSA) will host a Stop the Bleed self-defense course.
The event, organised by Sarie Trutor, will be held to support individuals with Muscular Dystrophy, with proceeds going to the MDFSA.
It will take place at the West Rand School from 09:00 to 13:30.
“The topics will cover active shooter situations, home protection and kidnapping, and there will be beverages available,” Sarie said.
