Food and wine to die for

Guests were treated to a delicious three-course meal and paired wines during Hussar Grill's food and wine tasting event.

Hussar Grill in Silverstar Casino hosted a food and wine-tasting evening for guests on June 20.

The event was presented in collaboration between top winemaker Van Loveren, and Hussar Grill as part of the latter’s 60th birthday celebrations.

Judith Lee entertained guests with interesting histories and often hilarious tales about the wine pairings on the evening.

The evening consisted of a luxurious three-course meal, each dish paired with a delicious top-tier wine from Van Loveren.

Each dish was preceded by an entertaining and informative talk about the origin and history of the wine that would be served alongside the dish.

Judith Lee, a wine expert from Van Loveren, presented each of the talks, adding interesting tales about each wine, and explaining how the specific wine would complement the dinner.
