20 injured at Pinehaven intersection crash

A crash near the service station at the infamous Pinehaven intersection involved a construction vehicle carrying sand, and a taxi.

A crash occurred near Pinehaven intersection on the R28 earlier this morning. Fortunately, no deaths were reported.

The Krugersdorp News is currently on the scene and can confirm that there is a slight delay in traffic due to emergency services blocking the road heading to Cradlestone Mall.

Emergency services on the scene include Gauteng Emergency Medical Health Services, BCI Security and Mogale City Public Safety officials.

Twenty passengers of the taxi were injured and has been transported to healthcare facilities.
