24Seven Gymnastics takes part in the World Age Group Championship trials

The gymnastics team went to Port Elizabeth to compete in the championship trials in July.

Gymnasts from 24Seven Gymnastics went to Port Elizabeth recently to compete in the World Age Group Championship trials.

Rico Immelman, one of the gymnasts, stated they enjoyed themselves and were able to make good memories. He explained he was rather happy with the outcome, although they only get the final results in a week.

Jean Claude Roux, another gymnast and one of the coaches at 24Seven, said it was in the first time in a few years he was able to finish and he’s happy with the way it went, he also took part in the senior trials for the Protea Team for Senior World.

Gymnast Ivan Dippenaar had an overall good experience at the trials even though it did not go as well as he’d hoped, it was still a positive experience with great memories.

Matthew Marais, a gymnast, and Coach Siphiwe Mosoan were also present at the trials.

Luitha Roux, one of their coaches stated they are extremely excited to hear the outcome to know who made the team.
