The Krugersdorp police recently visited two schools as part of their Child Protection Week campaign to spoil them and create safety awareness.

Their spokesperson Captain Raymond Sebonyane explained that their crime-prevention team visited Curro Krugersdorp Primary School and distributed 200 Top Score Instant Porridge sachets to the Grade R children.

The children were encouraged to speak out when they felt overwhelmed by anything they face in life.

Captain Sebonyane said they also visited the Matla Combined School in Kromdraai where a further 1 380 instant porridge sachets were given to schools management.

“The Child Protection Hotline donated 1 580 Top Score Instant Porridge sachets,” Sebonyane said.
