Man dies in rollover crash

Cause of the crash is still unknown.

A man, believed to be in his 30s, was killed yesterday (14 January) afternoon when his vehicle rolled multiple times on Barratt Road in Factoria.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene to find the light motor vehicle lying upright in the right hand lane of the road.
The body of the driver was found lying outside of his vehicle after he was apparently pulled out by members of the public.
Paramedics immediately assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous injuries and showed no signs of life.
CPR and advanced life support interventions were immediately initiated in an effort to stabilise his vital signs.
Unfortunately, after 45 minutes, no vital signs returned and the man was declared dead on the scene.
The exact cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
