Traffic was heavily backed up from the Paardekraal Drive and Viljoen Street intersection near Key West Shopping Centre heading north on the R28 following a crash between a taxi and another vehicle this afternoon, July 26.
According to a Public Safety officer on the scene, only a mild injury was reported.
He added that there were fortunately no fatalities.
As the Krugersdorp News visited the scene, traffic was blocked for emergency workers to clear the road. The vehicles involved have since been moved, and traffic is currently flowing.
