Chills but thrills at market

Sunset Bistro hosts market for eager residents to enjoy a relaxing afternoon of live music and gourmet pizzas.

Sunset Mountain Bistro hosted its annual winter market to embrace the chilly weather with a fun-filled experience on Sunday, July 14.

Locals gathered to explore the array of handmade goodies from local vendors selling everything from unique gifts to savouring gourmet pizzas that warmed their bellies while enjoying live music.

According to owner Chantell Mann people showed up despite the strong and cold winds.

“The wind was not on our side but we are so happy with the many who showed up and supported our market. We appreciate it and we hope for the turnout to remain consistent,” Chantell said.

Children had a blast in the large playground area, featuring swings, trampolines, jungle gyms, face painting, as well as horse riding around the grounds.
