He said Mayor Gray will be joined by DA Gauteng Provincial Leader, Solly Msimanga, to announce operations and processes underway and what these will mean for Mogale City residents.

“Load-shedding has had a devastating impact on the lives and livelihoods of South Africans for the past 15 years. Perpetual stage 6 load-shedding over the past few months has further destroyed aging and critical infrastructure.

Municipalities across the country must work tirelessly to lessen dependency on Eskom.

“Since taking office in November 2021, Mayor Gray has been hard at work turning around Mogale City and making it a place of destination for work and leisure.”
