The Boks can still bring it home!

I have decided to go there. I have decided to write my weekly Editor’s Note about the Springboks’ poor performance this past weekend.

I know it is all over the internet. I know everyone is talking about them and I know you are probably sick and tired of hearing about it.

What more can I possible say about it? Yes we are totally tackled over about what happened.

So now what?

While I sit here and think if I am going to wear my Bok jersey on Friday, I wonder…”why bother?”

But then it hits me. Why not?

Just because we lost does not mean our support should stop.

That’s usually when support is needed most.

Think about it, the moment someone is experiencing the lowest low they possibly could, their support system (in most cases) up their support.

Why then should we as a country not do that?

It’s not fair. We were all there, that specific moment where we just couldn’t carry on anymore … yet someone was behind us, telling us to pick ourselves up from the ground and carry on.

So, to the Boks, boys I am still behind you. Yes, Saturday was a huge disappointment, but I am here, behind you, 100 %.
