Donate and support a good cause at the 2023 Magalies Monster, Trail Run
Organisers of this year's Magalies Monster and Trail Run encourage entrants to donate R400 or more towards The Kindness Collaboration and support South Africans who cannot afford quality medical care.
The organisers of two of the most respected off-road events, the Fedhealth Magalies Monster MTB Classic and Fedhealth Platinum Trail Run are proud to continue supporting The Kindness Collaboration in 2023.
Founded by Fedhealth and Operation Healing Hands (OHH), The Kindness Collaboration offers much-needed support to South Africans who cannot afford quality medical care.

“It’s a sad reality that not all South Africans have access to or can afford quality medical care. Thanks to Fedhealth and OHH, The Kindness Collaboration offers a much-needed helping hand to these families. It is an honour to support this fantastic initiative and we would like to urge mountain bikers and trail runners alike to do the same by donating towards the cause when entering the Fedhealth Magalies Monster MTB Classic and/ or Fedhealth Platinum Trail Run online.”
Jeremy Yatt, Fedhealth Principal Officer added, “Fedhealth proudly partnered with OHH, a charity started by a group of doctors, to launch The Kindness Collaboration. The project sees us, working closely with OHH, our members, brokers, and service providers, to raise the funds needed to cover preventative and life-saving screenings and procedures for South Africans who cannot afford quality medical care. We are proud to put our name and backing behind a project that raises funds to cover the cost of preventative and life-saving screenings and/or surgeries.”
Entrants of this year’s Magalies Monster and Trail Run that donate R400 or more towards The Kindness Collaboration will receive a rider jersey compliments of OHH and Fedhealth.
Consisting of a Marathon (+-65km), Half Marathon (+-33km), Fun Ride (16km), and a Kids Event (2.5km) that showcases the Magaliesberg’s most spectacular routes, the Fedhealth Magalies Monster MTB Classic caters for mountain bikers of all ages and capabilities. Irrespective of the distance entered, mountain bikers can expect a fantastic day out on the trails with exciting challenges and awesome rewards resulting in an overall memorable experience for all!
