#Triple Murder accuseds’ trial date set
They now stand accused of murdering seven people.

The long-awaited trial date for the appearance of the five suspects accused of murdering seven people in six months last year has been set.
The Magistrate of the Johannesburg High Court ruled that the case would be postponed to 4 August when the pre-trial will start. The trial itself will begin on 9 October.

Zak Valentine and Cecilia, Marinda, Le Roux, and Marcel Steyn stand accused of murdering seven people in 2016.
Their victims were Peter and Joan Meyer, Jarred Jackson, Glen McGregor, Anthony Scholefield, Kevin McAlpine and Hanle Lategan.
They will also be facing charges of robbery with aggravated assault, being in possession of an unlicensed firearm, committing fraud and identity theft.
