Valentine to appear in court today
Valentines' bail hearing of yesterday was moved to today, 25 October
Zak Valentine, accused of faking his own death and of murder, was supposed to appear in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court yesterday, 24 October for the continuation of his bail hearing.
The News was later informed that the State had requested that Valentine be moved from the Krugersdorp Prison to the Johannesburg Prison – better known as Sun City – to prevent contact between him and those who wish to testify or give statements against him, or any of the others involved in the case.
However, it is believed the vehicle that was supposed to transport Valentine to court was never dispatched.
Subsequently the bail hearing was postponed to today, 25 October, and he is expected to arrive at the court soon.
