Sarel Jansen van Rensburg, 59, has disappeared without a trace and has been missing since new year’s day.
He was visiting his sister who lives in the Jack Cotton Old Age Home in Krugersdorp West at the time of his disappearance.
It is believed that he went for a walk and never reached his destination.
Sarel can be easily identified with his grey hair and his glass eye on the right-hand side.
He was wearing dark blue pants, a checkered shirt and black shoes at the time of his disappearance.
