Executing cops in court tomorrow
Khulekani Mpanza, the suspect who was executed by police officers last month, had a criminal record.
More details about the alleged robbery suspect who was fatally wounded on 19 October have come to light.
Khulekani Mpanza was killed, execution style, by four Krugersdorp police officers and allegedly had a criminal record for previous robberies committed. He was also a security officer by profession.

The gun Mpanza used to shoot at police while he was being chased and before he was killed, was allegedly a stolen firearm linked to a case in Soweto, earlier this year.
A reliable source told the News the four officers were described as hardworking members by their shift manager even though the incident was handled in an inappropriate manner.
Readers left numerous comments on the News’ Facebook page conveying a similar message; the brave officers need to be praised for stopping a robber in his tracks.
The four officers are due to appear in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
