Security guard stumbles upon motorcycle accident
A security guard discovered a woman in a serious condition following a motorcycle accident in the early hours of this morning.
A woman was seriously injured in the early hours of this morning following a motorcycle accident.
It is believed that a security guard was driving along Albertina Sisulu Drive (Main Reef Road) toward Krugersdorp when he spotted the wrecked motorcycle next to the road at around 1am.
On arrival at the scene the security guard immediately called for back up and medical assistance as the woman was unconscious. The other biker, a man, was also at the scene.
Bystanders claimed that the smell of alcohol reeked from the two passengers.
After paramedics managed to stablise the woman, she was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment for her serious injuries.
The man was also taken to hospital in a less serious state.
