Drug dealer advertises on Facebook

An alleged drug dealer advertised his drug selling services on a public Facebook page with furious users demanding a call to action against the dealer.

It would seem that the Lords of Drug Town, or Sivewright Street, would stop at nothing to gain new clients to suck into the devastating world of drugs abuse.

The News recently made a shocking discovery on a public Facebook page.

Scrolling down, the adverts and jokes pop up until you see a post by an individual by the name of Olebogeng Uhuru Ole WaNnete.

A day ago, the suspected friendly neighbourhood drug dealer wrote a post on the page, encouraging those looking for their next ‘fix’ to give him a call.

He even went as far as to hash-tag the notorious street name, known for being a hub of drugs and prostitution, in his post.

The dealer who posted the advert, is believed to be using his birth name and not his ‘street’ name, making it hard to verify if he is just a drug runner or one of the drug lords.

Facebook users were up in arms about the advert and started posting comments to the admin of the page about the taboo advert.

The News went through his personal page and it is not hard to see that he is an active Facebook user and operates mainly in the Krugersdorp area.

Are all the hard work by police and the CPF in an attempt to clean the streets of Krugersdorp pointless as the Lords of Drug Town find ‘new’ ways to infest our community?
