Update: Mysterious body identified
The body of the man who was found in a compromising position, has been identified.
Roodepoort record reports that the mysterious body that was found at the Manie Mulder Adventure Centre in Roodekrans has been positively identified as that of Monnakopsi Samuel Molefe.

According to Johannesburg Forensic Pathology Services the man was in his mid-30s.
At the time of the discovery of his body it had decomposed to the extent that a full post mortem could not be performed to determine the cause of his death.
Pathologists suspect drowning and said that there was no foul play as no visible bodily injuries could be found.
Molefe has been identified by family members and his body has been moved from the mortuary to be buried.
