Two Oceans Half Marathon champion returns to Thembisa 10km
Entries for Thembisa Mile and 10km are available online at www.thembisamile.co.za. Entries are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The reigning Totalsports Two Oceans Half Marathon champion, Thabang Mosiako of the Nedbank Running Club will participate in the Thembisa Mile 10km on Sunday, October 27 at the Olifantsfontein Sports Grounds.
Mosiako, who won the race in 2018, is the former SA Half Marathon (2023) and 5 000m champion (2017). He boasts a 10km personal best of 27:45.

For elite runners, the race offers a total prize purse of R114 000.
The first 1 500 entries will receive SPAR goodie bags. All category winners will receive gold medals.
Bronze medals will be awarded to all registered finishers.
Customised race numbers/bibs will be given to all those who enter /register on or before October 18.
Discovery Vitality members can earn 600 Vitality points for completing the 10km.
