He said the team solidified their names as champions by winning their previous league.

The coach added the team was ready to start a new season in their new league where the matches would be more challenging.

“To be crowned champions was a great achievement and has encouraged me to go for more wins in the future.

“I am happy to be one of the leaders of this team. I thank my technical team; without them, we would not be winners.

“Our management played a big role in our performance, always encouraging the team.

“I am thankful to be part of this winning team. Our strategy was to make sure that the team always kept the same consistency throughout all the games.

“We took every game as a final while not underestimating our opponents. We did not show any weakness,” he said.

Coach Diba also thanked the team’s fitness coach.

“He kept our boys going with the same intensity through all the training and every game.

“Now we want to keep the same momentum in our new league,” he said.

Diba said the team encountered many challenges throughout the season.

“When dealing with young adults, there will always be fights because everyone believes they are right.

“We could overcome our challenges and not allow our team problems to interfere with our spirit.

“We made sure to take every game seriously. We took every mistake as a learning curve to correct, which helped us to unite as a team,” said Diba.
