Local pigeon club hosts annual sale

Kosmos Pigeon Club had their annual sale function on October 28.

Young birds and rings were auctioned. The next sale race will take place in 2024 during the club’s racing season.
After the auction, members of Jan Smuts Pigeon Club joined in for a social braai.

Simultaneously with the auction, the club also had their traditional Derm Draai draw and each member donated a young bird.

Members drew names of these donated pigeons who will then be flown in a special Derm Draai race during the 2024 season.
