Laerskool Kruisig wins cricket final

Laerskool Impala recently played host to the Schools Easterns Cricket final between Laerskool Kruinsig’s U11A side and the Laerskool Rynfield U11A’s.

Laerskool Rynfield batted first with top scores from Nico (23), Kayven (20) and Sion (22) to reach a target of 106/8.

The top performer with the ball was Aiden with two wickets in four overs for nine runs.

Kruinsig won the final with 4 overs to spare.

The top batsmen from Laerskool Kruinsig were Juan du Toit (25 off 21 balls) and Aiden Wolmarans (23 runs off 22 balls).

Rynfield bowlers put in the hard work and Kayven, Nico, Christian and Jonathan each took two wickets.
