FOUR of Hoerskool Kempton’s u-15 rugby boys have been chosen to attend the Sevens International Rugby Tour to Argentina.
Pieter Jordaan, Neil Carr, Christo van Wyk and François Steyn were selected to partake in the tournament in December. They need donations from the public to help them make their dream of going come true.
The grade nine boys were scouted and selected during the Sevens Tournament in Rustenburg during August.
While overseas, their skills will be tested against Argentina’s best u-15 rugby players. They will get to visit cities such as Buenos Aires, Pergamino and Rosario where they will be exposed to the people of Argentina but also the prospective opportunities available to them.
The tour will take place over nine days from December 1-9. The cost for each boy is R39 390 and they need donations to assist them in raising the funds.
