On Wednesday, September 20, I put it out for a trial run. Within half an hour two people tried to steal it.

When will the powers that be realise that what works in first world countries will not work in a crime-ridden third world country?

I had to bring the bin back inside and leave the bags outside. If people try to steal it in half an hour, how on earth can we leave them out all day?

Incidentally, when is this idiotic idea supposed to start?
